INTERNOS Global Investors was founded in 2008 with the objective of locating, investing in and managing real estate opportunities throughout Europe for institutional investors. The explicit aim of the partnership is to deliver investment performance in the medium term, typically five to seven years. To achieve these returns, it will frequently seek substantial debt and equity financing and partnership ventures with European financial institutions.

FCA registration number: 564971

INTERNOS’ philosophy is that it is important to have consistent processes, systems and controls across its entire business which are robust enough to satisfy the requirements of any of the European regulators be it the FSA, BaFin or CSSF.
