EURO LOGISTIK 1

EURO LOGISTIK 1 invests in logistics assets across Europe.

EURO LOGISTIK 1 was created to target prime logistics assets in established transport hubs in selected European countries. The fund targets both capital growth and strong income returns.

The focus is on high quality distribution and logistic assets in large scale multi-modal accessible (air, rail, truck, barge) locations and on E-commerce logistic assets in metropolitan areas. Tenant covenant strength will be prioritised with a preference for secure long-term income streams.

The European logistic market sees a clear division between large scale dedicated logistic/distribution locations and single/multi-let E-commerce logistic hubs in suburban metropolitan areas (“last mile” logistics). INTERNOS’ local presence and track record in European logistics, distinguishes us from our competitors.
